About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Levante Holding. As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design development process, progressing projects from concept stage to Issued for Construction (IFC) and Issued for Tender (IFT).

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing architectural designs after concept stage to schematic design (SD) stage through detailed design (DD) to IFC and IFT.
  2. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including MEP, structural, electrical, and sustainability teams.
  3. Ensuring compliance with local municipality requirements for official submissions.
  4. Holding a great background in Qatar's district regulations and guidelines to ensure all designs adhere to zoning and planning rules.
  5. Collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Reviewing and validating design submissions to maintain quality, accuracy, and constructability.
  7. Utilizing advanced design software to create high-quality architectural drawings and presentations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project development.
  • 2-3 years of Qatar Local experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
  • Revit experience is a plus.
  • Good skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Qatar's building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, MEP, and sustainability disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
