Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to apply their conceptual knowledge of inspection to solve a range of straightforward inspection problems. The ideal candidate will analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  2. Identify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolution.
  3. Appraise product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity in accordance with approved drawings and inspection & Test Plan.
  4. Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing personnel, and subcontractor, assuring conformity to project specifications.
  5. Exercise a proactive approach to problem prevention by interacting with Production, Engineers, and Management personnel.
  6. Liaise with customer representatives, ensuring product conformity and stage release for each activity denoted within the Project Quality Plan/ITP.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  1. Engineering degree or diploma.
  2. Ten (10) years of working experience in the oil and gas industry, of which four (4) years must be in Onshore and Offshore with similar projects.
  3. Proficient in the use of computer and Microsoft programs.
  4. COMPEX EX-1 Certification is required.
