We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a talented Senior Associate Urban Designer to join our Abu Dhabi design studio, InSite. As a key member of the InSite team, you will be responsible for leading teams in the execution of assigned projects, providing design leadership and mentorship to staff, and managing teams preparing conceptual design strategies from visioning through detail design for master planning and urban development projects.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations and contribute to the success of the company.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence within the company.
  • Foster collaboration among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve services.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a focus on urban planning and design principles.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in urban design and planning, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
