Instructional Leader for Girls' Education

Teach Away Inc. is a leading educational services provider dedicated to delivering high-quality educational experiences worldwide. The Instructional Leader for Girls' Education plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and supervision of our girls' school section.
This key leadership position requires close collaboration with our School Principal, leadership team, teachers, students, and parents to provide an exceptional educational experience aligned with the IB framework, our mission, and Qatar's educational policies.
The successful candidate will oversee academic programs, student behavior, teacher support, and operational responsibilities to create a positive and productive learning environment for female students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Academic Programs: Develop and implement effective academic programs that meet the needs of our female students.
- Student Behavior and Well-being: Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social-emotional growth and well-being.
- Teacher Support and Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to ensure teachers are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Operational Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, facilities, and resources, to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs.
Requirements:
- Teaching Credential/License: A valid teaching credential or license is essential for this role.
- Other Certification: Relevant certifications, such as special education or English language learner endorsements, are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Ed. in Education, Leadership, or Related Field: A Bachelor of Education degree in education, leadership, or a related field is preferred.
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration: A Master's degree in educational leadership or administration is highly valued.
- Minimum 10 Years of Teaching Experience: A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an IB or international school setting.
- Deep Knowledge of International Baccalaureate (IB): Strong understanding of the IB curriculum and pedagogy is essential.
