Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at W Hotels. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, promoting and selling spa services, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to guests on spa services and amenities
  • Confirm guest appointments and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist in the promotion and sale of spa services and retail products
  • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of spa services and products
