About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Landside Duty and Inspection Officer. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of landside areas, including curbside, vicinity roads, and other related facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage landside duty operations on shift, with a focus on curbside, vicinity roads, and other related areas, ensuring seamless and convenient passenger experience.
  2. Monitor contractors' staff performance and delivery, ensuring effective execution of duties and maintaining a positive image of the airport.
  3. Conduct regular vehicle patrols and foot patrols to monitor landside traffic situations and ensure smooth logistic flows.
  4. Perform routine inspections of facilities, including spot checks, to ensure compliance with airport standards.
  5. Report and follow up on landside area faults to the MATAR Faulty Reporting Center.
  6. Attend to landside area incidents and accidents, reporting to senior management and compiling incident reports.
  7. Provide high-quality customer service to airport users within landside areas 24/7.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 4 years of work-related experience.
  3. Minimum 2 years of relevant airport environment experience.
  4. Valid Qatari Driving License.
  5. Good command of English, both verbal and written, with Arabic being an advantage.
