**Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Lead the development of comprehensive T&I project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage multiple T&I engineering and execution aspects, including offshore heavy lifts, pipeline, and cable installations, load-out, and transportation.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and team members, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrate expertise in T&I engineering and execution, including float-over installation.
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in T&I project management, with at least 10-15 years demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- OPITO certification and offshore survival certificates are highly desirable.
