Job Description

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of security systems and services to support our trading applications and operations. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement security controls in line with our security policies for trading applications to ensure information security consistency and compliance.
  • Manage and support DNS, proxy, VPN, as well as DDoS protection services to ensure robust and secure access to/from the internet in a Microsoft Azure landing zone environment as well as on-premises data center.
  • Provide required support in response to security incidents/evidence collection tasks to help identify abnormal activities and attacks, if any.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and versioning to ensure up-to-date documentation of implemented technologies.
  • Work closely with the team lead to identify security gaps and provide the right security controls to ensure continuous security enhancement.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrated experience in IT network security operations functions with eight or more years of experience.
  2. Strong project management skills, superb technical implementation and troubleshooting skills.
  3. High commitment to continuous quality improvement and exemplary professional practice.
  4. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and certification in ISC2 CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCIE or CCNP security or equivalent proven experience.
