Job Summary
Your role as a Senior Business Analyst will involve evaluating business processes and anticipating requirements, identifying improvement areas, assisting in developing and executing apt solutions, leading business process reviews, and performing requirement analysis. You will also be responsible for performing user acceptance tests, monitoring deliverables, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering and Understanding: Understand customer requirements, perform requirements analysis, evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, assist dev teams in developing and implementing solutions, gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders, produce useful reports, work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff, ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Research, Documentation & Communication: Research and stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, lead ongoing reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies, document and communicate results, effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management, conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Prototypes & Testing: Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solution matches the gathered requirements, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, support business transition and help establish change.
