We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Refinisher to join our team at Sisco Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality refinishes on vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Preparation

The successful candidate will prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, filling in dents and scratches, and ensuring surfaces are clean and ready for paint.

Paniting

Using their expertise, they will mix and match paint to the vehicle's original color, or as per customer's preference, ensuring consistency and quality.

Applying primer and repainting vehicles using brushes or spray guns, with additional coats as necessary, ensuring each layer is dry before applying the next.

Finishing and Maintenance

The Vehicle Refinisher will apply finishing touches, such as buffing, polishing, and waxing the vehicle's body, while inspecting the quality of the paint job to meet company standards and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, they will maintain paint booth, spray guns, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and functional, as well as keeping inventory of supplies and ordering new stock as required.
