Benefits Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Insight Global. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits processes, ensuring compliance with Department of Labor Laws and Regulations, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Process Management: Coordinate and manage employee benefits processes, including leave of absences, benefits profiles, and benefits support.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with Department of Labor Laws and Regulations, including ADA and FMLA regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Employee Support: Provide exceptional support to employees, addressing their benefits-related inquiries and concerns.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with UKG/Kronos benefits software is a plus.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in benefits processes, with a strong understanding of Department of Labor Laws and Regulations.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with UKG/Kronos benefits software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience with UKG/Kronos benefits software.
