Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Assistant II Assembly Laundry, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the operations team. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Performing departmental support functions such as email monitoring, work schedule preparation, check sheet printing, label printing, documentation, and filing.
  • Receiving and disseminating updated information and instructions from the Operations Standards Department to the shop floor team.
  • Coordinating with the operations control centre to receive updates, changes, and communicating them to the shop floor team.
  • Monitoring staff attendance and submitting documents to the operations administration team for further processing.
  • Communicating information related to alerts, notices, and memos to the department staff.
  • Supporting department leadership in preparing reports for internal meetings.
  • Raising store requisitions to request materials from QACC stores to ensure the availability of all required stationery items for operational use.
  • Maintaining the proper functioning of all office equipment and performing inventory of office and shop floor tools such as scanners, temperature guns, iPads, and phones.
  • Ensuring the availability of washed chiller jackets, issuing them to applicable staff, collecting soiled jackets, and returning them to the laundry for washing.
