Job Description

The Event Operations Director will be responsible for leading the Banqueting operations at Mondrian Doha, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include coordinating events, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

  • Develop and implement action items to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.
