English Program Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English Program Coordinator to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As an English Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting our English language programs, guiding students toward success in their academic and career pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality English language programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student needs.
  • Design and execute effective marketing strategies to promote English language programs and attract new students, leveraging market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, materials, and resources, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students and instructors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to address individual student needs and challenges, ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with students, instructors, and management, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops to promote English language programs, showcasing expertise and passion for education.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, informing program development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, organizations, and potential partners, expanding our network and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance and marketing efforts to management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry trends, enhancing professional growth and expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably in English, Marketing, or Education.
  • Significant experience in program coordination, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is highly preferred, demonstrating a deep understanding of student needs and program development.
  • Must currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid Qatari ID, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional program coordination and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a proven track record of success in promoting programs and attracting new students.
  • Proficiency in English language program content and strategies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, instructors, and management.
  • Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Analytical skills to assess program performance and adapt strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to stay current with educational and market changes, enhancing professional growth and expertise.
