We are seeking a QA Team Lead - Banking Sector to join our Fusion Outsourcing and Services team. This role involves leading testing efforts, developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Lead and coordinate testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, prioritize, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions to streamline testing processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a University graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline. A Master's degree in Management / Technology will be advantageous. The candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in the financial domain, with strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
