Job Responsibilities

  • Design visually appealing concepts and solutions for Food & Grocery marketing campaigns.
  • Create high-quality banners, POS materials, and advertising assets for stores.
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Mentor and supervise junior designers to ensure their growth and development.
  • Evaluate and refine the visual style of the Food & Grocery vertical according to Snoonu's brand guidelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas for new products and activations during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Skills in photo retouching and compositing.
  • Experience working with MidJourney and ChatGPT.
  • Deep understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and packaging design.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with food brands or FMCG e-commerce companies.
  • Knowledge of design trends for e-commerce and product delivery services.
