Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valves Package Delivery Leader to join our team at Brunel Qatar. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and complete delivery of large bore valves packages to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Scope Understanding: Familiarize yourself with the project scope, technical requirements, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations and design basis.
  • Implementation and Control: Ensure full implementation of project requirements and control deliverables, including engineering, quality, schedule, and HSE aspects related to the valves package.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and close pending items, ensuring smooth progress of activities from design to commissioning.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier/sub-supplier relationships, understanding deliverables required at each stage of manufacturing/testing, and ensuring timely availability and approval.
  • Meetings and Coordination: Organize kick-off meetings and pre-inspection meetings to ensure manufacturing activities commence as required.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure contractual deliveries and technical requirements are met.
  • Interface Management: Close follow-up of interfaces between Company, Contractor, and Valves Suppliers, reporting any delays or nonconformances to the Head of Project Engineering.
  • Material Acquisition: Monitor material acquisition, including requisitioning, fabrication, testing, and transportation of large bore valves.
  • Technical Authorities and Committees: Liaise with Company's Technical Authorities and committees, coordinating management of change processes related to large bore valves.
