IT Manager

At Accor, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the smooth operation of our hotel's IT systems.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for all IT systems, including hardware and software.
• Supervise and train staff on the use of IT systems and equipment.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
• Coordinate the investigation and resolution of technical issues and faults.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure the backup and recovery of data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and recommend new systems and solutions to improve hotel operations.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT systems and hardware.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
