Job Details

This senior architectural engineer position requires a strong background in urban planning and medical facilities design. The successful candidate will work on a residential basis, 5 days a week, with 8-9 hours of work per day.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical designs and engineering studies for urban planning and medical facilities projects.
  • Verify and sign-off technical designs and bids in accordance with approved standards.
  • Provide expert advice and support in discipline engineering matters.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver technical services to project executing departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture is mandatory.
  • Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant post-graduate experience in urban planning and building design is required.
  • Familiarity with international standards related to your area of expertise is necessary.
  • Proven experience in managing time, cost, and quality in engineering projects within multiple project environments is essential.
