About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Automation Technician to join our team at PEOPLE DYNAMICS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cable manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform corrective, preventive, and ameliorative maintenance of equipment in compliance with established objectives.
  • Proficiently program and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems, including S7 and TIA software.
  • Strong knowledge of special Siemens PLC programming techniques and best practices.
  • Inspect utilities on a regular basis and maintain logbooks for the same.
  • Attend breakdowns, including automation and communication protocol issues.
  • Raise memos for spare parts and maintain shift reports.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of electrical automation field experience, preferably in cable manufacturing.
  • Diploma in ITI Electrical/Electronics Trade.
  • Ability to work effectively with CMMS and basic knowledge of Siemens PLC S7 Family.
  • Good troubleshooting and hands-on experience with cable manufacturing machinery.
  • Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting in Siemens PLC systems.
