Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Planner to join our team at Falcon Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and services to support our maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement process, including preparing purchase requisitions and evaluating quotes.
  • Manage the inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and prioritize material requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East or Gulf region.
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP (PM/MM) and MS Office, with basic knowledge of scheduling software Primavera.
