Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead our annual digital marketing plan, including paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics, providing ongoing reporting and insights.
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize PPC campaigns for all channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI & KPI).
  • Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into our overarching marketing strategy.
  • Implementing strategies to drive traffic to our website, including SEO and PPC.
  • Creation and maintenance of our digital marketing policy and framework.
  • Lead negotiations across local and international markets on key media bookings and contracts to ensure optimized exposure at preferential costs.
  • Devising MarTech solutions for excellence in planning, operations, and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or Public Relations.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Solid management experience and record of accomplishment in motivating and building strong teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Knowledge of standards and best practices for online media.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and research skills.
  • Strong skills for networking and relationship building.
  • Experience enabling strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain high levels of professionalism under pressure.
