Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sommelier - Vaya to join our team at Accor- North & Central America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold relevant food hygiene certificates and a culinary school or college diploma, preferably with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar culinary management position.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and procurement modules.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and visa requirements in Doha.
  • Ensure excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, with the ability to speak other languages and understand local languages.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of wine and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
