Job Purpose:

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Facilities Management at Hamad International Airport, handling operational queries and ensuring seamless facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with FM contractors to ensure timely completion and resumption of operations within defined timelines, minimizing operational impact.
  • Manage incident and emergency management on behalf of the MATAR FM Management team, including data collection and decision-making to guarantee the best possible outcome.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with operations, security, safety, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver asset availability for smooth operations and minimize operational impact.
  • Manage and address last-minute operational requests from stakeholders and update management on critical ongoing tasks.
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and decide as needed to support stakeholders during planned and unplanned emergency situations, including event management.
  • Support FM contractors in obtaining emergency permit approval.
  • Organize, manage, and conduct QHSE audits as per required standards.
  • Update shift critical incidents/events/failures at regular OPS coordination meetings and maintain shift handover reports.
  • Conduct major maintenance planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering) or Equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of FM experience at airports.
  • Experience in airport field operations and maintenance.
  • Practical experience in safety management and regulations governing buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
