Job Title: Head of Operations

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in Qatar. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing operations in Qatar, developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the firm's operations in Qatar.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the same capacity in Qatar, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to be based in Qatar and travel as required.
