Job Description:

Role Summary:

  1. Provide leadership and direction to the Contracts Management and Commercial Management Teams. The Contracts/Commercial Management function includes the oversight of the contract/commercial deliverable requirements of the General Engineering Consultants (GECs) and Contractors, agreeing associated strategies, standards, procurement solutions and monitoring compliance by both the GEC's and Contractors of their contract requirements.
  2. Oversight of GEC cost estimates and methods to review proposals for budget constraints and compliance.
  3. Delivery of comprehensive reports, commercial and operational to the PWA.
  4. Provide oversight and advice on contractual correspondence, claims, site instructions, extensions of time, payments and GEC changes.
