  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed to ensure that maintenance activities are not hindered by a lack of resources.
  • Vendor and Contractor Collaboration
    • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring that maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and optimizing cost-efficiency to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
