Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, ensuring alignment with project schedules and goals.
  • Monitor contractor performance using ICAPS software and OPERCOM methodology, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful completion of commissioning activities, including SAT, punch list closure, and OTP.
  • Review and approve commissioning deliverables, including operational test procedures, to ensure compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the commissioning team.
