Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Minor International. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Section Management: Organize and maintain your designated section of the kitchen with precision and attention to detail.
  • Team Leadership: Train and lead your team members, ensuring clear communication and effective delegation of tasks.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen orders, provide constructive feedback to improve processes, and support the team and culinary leadership in daily operations.
  • Quality Control: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality expectations.
  • Event Support: Contribute to the success of weddings and events, with opportunities to expand your skill set in these areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef to solve operational challenges and enhance kitchen efficiency, fostering a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Solid knowledge of kitchen operations and a passion for culinary arts.
