Job Overview

The Engineering Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's kitchen and laundry facilities. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all kitchen and laundry equipment, as well as performing routine inspections to identify any issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure the use of required Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) while on duty.
  • Routine inspection of operational kitchen & laundry equipment.
  • Record readings and track functionality of kitchen & laundry equipment.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery record system for the property.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance of hotel kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks on all kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Follow preventive maintenance schedule as specified in the plan.
  • Order, track, record, and maintain inventory parts of all hotel kitchen and laundry equipment.
