We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer for Pavement Management to join our team at Compass Global Resourcing (CGR). The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a world-class asset database, including a pavement management system, as part of our recent contract with the Public Works Authority in Qatar.

Main Objectives
  1. Pavement design and provision of technical support for roads-related projects.
  2. Developing a pavement management system to ensure optimal road maintenance.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field and preferably be a chartered or incorporated engineer. They should have experience in pavement design, familiarity with UK and international design standards, and experience leading a pavement design team.
