About This Role

This is a senior-level appointment that will involve significant responsibility in delivering a diverse portfolio of small to medium-sized Brownfield Projects. The role will focus on the application of project maturation processes and standards to ensure successful project execution.

  1. Drive a Safe Working Environment: Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSE rules and regulations.
  2. Plan and Budget: Coordinate the planning and budgeting of Brownfield Projects works related to the Al Shaheen field.
  3. Deliver Projects Safely: Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Incident-Free Environment: Foster an incident-free environment in project development, planning, and execution.
  5. Role Model: Uphold and embody the company's core values and Incident Free behaviors.
  6. HSE Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, company standards, and procedures relevant to project management and engineering.
  7. Company Standards: Comply with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
  8. Deviations Review: Review and approve deviations to NOC standards.
  9. Project Execution: Prepare Project Execution strategy and Plan, manage project through operations handover and full close-out.
  10. Work Planning: Plan works in accordance with prioritization agreed with the Brownfield Projects Lead, based on safety, production, and future development needs.
  11. Cost Management: Prepare, obtain approval of, and manage project budgets, maintaining cost and schedule estimates as required.
  12. Progress Reports: Prepare and distribute progress and cost reports and forecasts to line managers and key stakeholders.
  13. Contractor Management: Review and finalize Contractors' Cost, Time, and Resource estimates.
  14. Risk Management: Ensure appropriate reviews are carried out (HAZOP, HAZID, constructability & design) to identify and manage project risks.
  15. Change Management: Manage change of scope appropriately, conducting assessments of resulting cost and schedule impact.
  16. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interface with other departments in E&C, FOP to ensure close collaboration to meet business objectives.
  17. Dossier Management: Deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers) to the E&C Brownfield Projects Coordinator for offshore activities.
  18. Procurement: Manage procurement activities, including preparation and submission of contract strategies, in conjunction with C&P.
  19. Lessons Learned: Ensure lessons learned are communicated to relevant parties and actions are completed.
  20. Support Functions: Provide support to other departments in E&C to justify estimations to clients, assets, or partners.
  21. Mentorship: Mentor, guide, and act as a role model for Brownfield Projects Engineers.
