Job Description

Job Title: Training Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Analyst to join our team at BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training templates, coordinating production of marketing materials, and providing technical assistance in the design and development of publications and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training templates for programs and workshops
  • Coordinate production of brochures, flyers, catalogs, and web-based marketing materials
  • Provide technical assistance in the design and development of publications and reports
  • Research and analyze data to prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports
  • Assist instructors in designing and formatting materials
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop outlines for new courses and/or modifications to existing courses
  • Assist with departmental budgeting and monitor expenses for cost-effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or HR preferred
  • More than 10 years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role
  • Bilingual Arabic and English preferable

Required Skills:

  • Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
  • Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of ISO/Risk management standards and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of ERP/HR Systems
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions for improvement
  • Organizing and coordinating skills
