  • Coordinating with the parts department to keep customers informed about parts status
  • Developing a strong working relationship with workshop managers and team leaders to ensure customer instructions are followed
  • Performing periodic checks to ensure customer-facing staff are following instructions
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
  • Maintaining high standards of paperwork and storage
