Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Philippines Hospitality Qatar. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of our hotel guests, colleagues, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests and colleagues.
  • Lead and manage the security staff to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation that may arise.
  • Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd control to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Investigate and report any incidents or breaches of hotel policy or law.
  • Respond to emergency situations, provide first aid and CPR as required, and maintain accurate records of all actions.
  • Conduct departmental key control audits and maintain key control records.
  • Assist guests with hotel facilities and provide informative and helpful guidance.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, and adhere to departmental policies and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Presentable and good-looking appearance.
  • Well-organized and able to multitask.
  • Active and patient with a strong attention to detail.
