Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team as Head of Al Shaheen Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving the development of Al Shaheen oil field.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing major development projects, determining the optimum production/injection balance and offtake level for the field, and ensuring maximum hydrocarbon resource recovery throughout the field's lifecycle. They will also lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive asset optimization.

Qualifications

A B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent is mandatory, with a postgraduate qualification (M.Sc./Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline being preferred. Comprehensive training in all petroleum disciplines is necessary, and membership of a relevant Professional Institution and Chartered/Professional Engineer status is desirable.
