About the Role
As a Senior Corporate Planning Analyst at lxbfYeaa, you will be working within the Corporate Planning (CP) team, tasked with jointly developing medium and long-term strategic initiatives, and handling day-to-day functions and ad-hoc tasks. The Senior Analyst will gather and validate data or other information, both internally within CP and between departments. Within a complex data environment, tasks will involve a combination of sound analytic processing and market research to support informed decision-making within CP. You will formulate recommendations to management, steer decision making, and represent CP on departmental cross-functional initiatives.
This role falls under Alliance and Partnerships, a key area of focus for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Network Planning, Scheduling, and Airport Commercials.
- Analyze short-term and long-term network plans and identify opportunities with potential airport partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airport partners and internal teams.
- Review and analyze Airport Charges, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization.
- Negotiate incentives and contracts with airport partners, resulting in cost savings and revenue growth.
- Lead and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze Route Performance and identify opportunities to negotiate incentives for underperforming routes.
- Work closely with the Finance and Accounts team to track and manage incentives and contracts.
- Evaluate Published Schemes and existing contracts, ensuring implementation and coordination with all stakeholders.
- Negotiate and review contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Corporate Planning Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or economics.
- 4+ years of job-related experience with a comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning, and business management.
- Strong knowledge of principles of network planning, scheduling, and partnerships.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis in Excel and data mining, review, and interpret market research and/or reports.
- Ability to produce management-ready presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Qatari National.
