The successful candidate will have a proven track record in flower and plant care, with excellent knowledge of design principles and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and arrange beautiful floral designs for various occasions and events.
- Work with a wide range of flowers, foliage, and other materials to develop new and innovative designs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client preferences and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock takes and report any discrepancies to management.
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (e.g., horticulture, floristry).
- At least 1 year of experience as a florist or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of flower and plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
