Freight Handler

As a Freight Handler at Abroad Work, you will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo from trucks, ships, and other transportation vehicles.

This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely load and unload cargo from various transportation vehicles
2. Verify shipment details and ensure proper handling of fragile or hazardous materials
3. Operate equipment to move heavy cargo
4. Maintain clean and organized loading areas
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
3. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods of time
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Biometric passport (preferred)
6. Indian nationality (preferred)
