* Identify and analyze root cause problems, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on hardware and software products.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
