Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of contractual documents, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with established procedures.
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring terms and conditions align with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents, including contract terms, pricing, amendments, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met, including service levels, milestones, and pricing.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements, such as non-compliance, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance issues.
  • Monitor contract performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to contract terms and identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration from a reputable university.
  • 5 years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience, preferably in the commercial industry.
  • Proven contract management experience, particularly in generating value and driving efficiency with category and project management experience.
  • ERP experience on the procurement module, with the ability to prepare strategies/roadmaps, and experience in managing tenders is desirable.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with expertise in reporting is preferable.
