Job Description:

The Training Services & PM Specialist will support the Head of Training Services in developing and delivering complex training programs that meet the needs of various clients. In this role, the incumbent is expected to have in-depth knowledge of project management processes, tools, techniques, and utilize an adaptable approach to tailor such processes to ensure agility in the delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning, implementation, and delivery of training programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.
  2. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
  3. Support the full lifecycle of training projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeframes.
Cross Sector Projects:
  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and instructors, to deliver high-quality training solutions.
  2. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals and enhance team performance.
  3. Oversee training projects including military and non-military, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on training programs and business development.
  3. Demonstrable experience managing projects within the defense sector.
  4. Knowledge of training principles and project governance practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  6. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  7. Ability to flexibly handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
