Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor/Assessor to join our team at شركة BSL. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of training modules across the Aerospace Mechanical Specialty trade boundary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training modules to QAF students within the Technical Institute (TI), both in the classroom and workshops.
  • Utilize presentation media and training devices and assets to deliver training, ensuring proficiency in all methods.
  • Conduct assessment of learners through practical or knowledge-based testing, in accordance with the assessment strategy in place.
  • Establish and maintain effective links with local QEAF Cadet Welfare teams to ensure support for cadet welfare and discipline issues.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach that delivers customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all SHE requirements are met in the training environment.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Aerospace Mechanical Specialty training and assessment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
