Senior Data Governance Specialist

As a key member of the Boeing team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's data governance strategy. Your expertise in data lineage, compliance, and security will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and transparency of our data assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Data Governance Policies
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Manage Data Lineage and ETL ProcessesOversee the development and maintenance of data lineage and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization.
Ensure Data Security and ComplianceDevelop and implement data security and compliance strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA.
Collaborate with StakeholdersWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify data issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address these challenges.
Requirements- Strong Data Governance Expertise
Proven experience in data governance, data lineage, and compliance, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent Communication SkillsAbility to communicate complex data governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative MindsetExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
