Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff is working together to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas and storage facilities
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies as needed
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
  • Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
