HIA is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Safety Assurance and Training Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Contribution to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Airport Safety Management System.
- Assistance in developing and maintaining corporate safety standards related to airside safety matters.
- Identification and implementation of training needs analysis, participation in safety promotion campaigns, and stakeholder audits.
- Development and facilitation of airport-wide safety promotion campaigns and programs.
- Safety performance monitoring and management of change processes.
- Communication with regulatory bodies on aerodrome certification matters.
- Providing relevant safety training for airport employees.
