Job Title: Procurement Engineer

About the Role:

Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct Project inspection notification workflow with Client and/or Third Parties in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct Project inspection notification workflow with Client and/or Third Parties.
  • Check all inspection Reports received from Inspector (Internal and External) and ensure correct distribution/filing of it to system (SAP).
  • Verify that all necessary conditions are satisfactory and ensure timely issuance of Inspection Release Note in SAP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering or procurement.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
