{"POSITION SUMMARY

As a Complex Government Relations Officer at Talent Pal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team by answering phone calls, recording messages, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for filing and maintaining applicant interview documentation and records, as well as creating and typing office correspondence using a computer. Additionally, you will audit and coordinate the distribution of paychecks, communicate with applicants regarding necessary documentation for employment verification, and create new employee personnel files. You will also be responsible for designing and updating the display and content of employee communication bulletin boards, and posting necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

* Answer phone calls and record messages
* Create and maintain filing systems
* File and maintain applicant interview documentation and records
* File, track, and process employment applications
* Create and type office correspondence using a computer
* Audit and coordinate distribution of paychecks
* Communicate to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required to bring on first day of employment in order to complete I9 employment verification forms
* Create new employee personnel file
* Design and update the display and content of employee communication bulletin boards
* Post all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources in view of all employees as required by law

Requirements:

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* At least 1 year of related work experience
* No supervisory experience
* None
