Apply innovative problem-solving methods to address challenges, continuously improving project processes while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain regular communication with both line and project managers to provide timely updates on project progress and outcomes, and continuously enhance personal skills and knowledge to drive the success of these initiatives.

Desired candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field & 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience, 2 of which at a supervisory level.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge and abilities to handle difficult situation and conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills - experience explaining complicated issues to people and pursue them to collaborate.
  • Ability to switch fast between tasks and projects, if necessary, self-organization skills
  • Ability to operate at a very high level; negotiate effectively; work to deadlines; maintain strong stakeholders' relationship.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic and English proficiency is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
