Primary purpose of job
Senior System Engineer (Middleware) develops Programs Projects and Services within the Information Systems Division

to identify analyze the overall business requirements to design develop deploy and maintain enterprisescale integration

solutions (i.e. middleware).

Experience & Skills
1. Minimum overall 10 years experience including at least 5 years in Microsoft BizTalk Server development using Schemas

Pipelines Orchestrations Mappings and Adapters in large scale enterprises preferably in Energy Sector.

2. Current Industry professional certifications in Middleware & integration Technologies.

3. Handson experience in all aspects regarding Enterprise Service Bus (e.g. BizTalk Server IBM App Connect)

development life cycle (SDLC) including design development of integration solution and building solutions using Azure

Integration platform as Service (LogicApps Azure functions and Azure App Services).

4. Hands on experience with Biztalk recent versions (2016 Feature Pack 3 or higher) Biztalk component EDI BizTalk BRE

BAM and ESB Toolkit.

5. Excellent technical foundation in: .Net REST SOAP Web Services Web APIs XPATH XML XSD WSDL MSMQs

SFTP WCF XSLT SSL Microsoft SSIS and TSQL.

6. Preferably experienced in other solutions include Tibco Oracle ESB IBM WebSphere Message Broker IBM ESB

7. Design and manage containerized deployments ensuring scalability and reliability working with container orchestration

securing application containers (Docker Red Hat OpenShift) and integrating with cloud services.

8. Integrate different business applications systems and data sources and automate business processes.

9. Experience in managing supporting and updating BizTalk applications that implement business rules for .Net

applications.

10. Experience in advanced secure configurations; including encryption SSL Authorizations IAM controls Audit logging

etc.

11. Develop BizTalk schemas maps pipelines and orchestrations to integrate different applications systems and

databases.

12. Develop custom adapters and connectors to connect to external systems.

13. Internet Information Server experience (hosting/configuring web services application pools).

14. Prior experience in designing robust & scalable applications architecture and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

15. Experience in disaster recovery and high availability implementations and their setup.

16. Experience in data analysis entityrelationship modelling troubleshooting and documentation of system functions and

processes.

17. Experience in managing and executing multiple high value Projects on time and within budget.

18. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office365 and productivity applications such as Microsoft Project and Visio Microsoft

Power Platform Knowledge is a plus.

19. Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates independently using mature judgment in

planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives.

20. Excellent people management problem solving persuasion negotiation and decisionmaking skills and team player.

21. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to

customers contractors and staff.

Education
A minimum of bachelors degree in computer science Computer Engineering or a related Engineering field.
